However, please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or care of the rug, such as stains, tears, burns, or fading. You are responsible for following the instructions on how to maintain and clean your rug properly.
To claim the warranty, you need to contact us and provide us with the proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We will then arrange for an inspection and evaluation of the rug to determine the cause and extent of the damage. We reserve the right to reject any warranty claim if we find that the damage is not covered by the warranty.
You might be responsible to pay for the shipping costs of sending the rug back to us and receiving it after the repair or replacement. We will not be liable for any loss or damage during the transportation of the rug.
